The Lilly Valley dress strikes the perfect balance of formality and ease. A delicate, softly gathered collar sits on the neck and ties to close leaving a keyhole detail. Cap sleeves hug the top of the shoulder. Draw cord through the waist can be pulled in to define, or be left loose and more relaxed. Skirt falls straight to the floor. Scalloped hem follows the natural shape of the lace.
