For shipping to Australia we are 100% Made in New Zealand so are duty free

2. Worldwide SHIPPING

Free shipping worldwide on all sales over $300

Shipping to rest of world is at a flat fee of $30

For the free shipping option we send items on 3-5 working day terms. We dispatch on the day following payment on an economy tracked postage service. Items should arrive within a week in New Zealand, within two weeks to Australia and within three-four weeks worldwide. All care is taken to promptly dispatch but no responsibility can be taken for delays in postage not in our control.* All sales are made in NZD

RETURNS

We are currently offering 48 hour returns on all full price items for refunds, store credit or size exchange. We must be notified within 48 hours of the garment being received. Please notify us by emailing shop@ingridstarnes.com.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Please notify us within 48 hours of the garment arriving to you, that it will be returned or exchanged.

On receiving your email, we will send a reply email in which the return will be authorised and you will be given the address to return the garment. Please be sure to send the return via tracked courier and return within 7 days of your return being authorised.

All Archive pieces are final sale: no returns, exchanges or store credits will be issued.

Afterpay: The same full price returns policy applies to sales made with Afterpay. We must be notified within 48 hours of the garment arriving to you, that it will be returned. If eligible for refund, payments already made will be refunded and future scheduled payments cancelled. We cannot exchange items purchased through Afterpay for a different style- instead you must return all full price goods for a refund and then you may purchase again. Size exchange is accepted and dependant on availability of stock. All sale items purchased through Afterpay are final. No cash refunds, credit note or exchange of style available. Please contact shop@ingridstarnes.com before purchase if you have any queries. All prices here include GST. If you are purchasing from overseas cost price is the GST included price. We are proud of the work and care that goes into each and every garment we make. We stand by our work and if you have any concerns please get hold of us and we will do our utmost to make things right. These are our standard conditions relating to the replacement and refunding of sold items. Returns are available for garments where faults in the garment are our responsibility. Please email shop@ingridstarnes.com with any questions. As a rule we are most concerned that you are happy with your garment so please let us know any way we can help. 

Credits or refunds are not given in the first instance for items that have been worn or laundered. In case of our fault items will be repaired and returned. In the case of the fault being severe we will grant credits or refunds on worn items.
