Introducing Ingrid Starnes Made to Order.
We’re excited to launch a new offering for intentional production.
Our Made to Order offering is similar to traditional online purchasing, in that you select a size and colour, and check out. The garments are then made to order and shipped to you within ten work days, with 80% of orders sent out within 5 work days. Please do get in touch with us if you would like to check the expected timeline of your purchase.
Working this way means there is no waste, as there’s no speculative production and by having limited styles and pieces we can offer great value for special, locally hand-made items.
We offer sizes XS through XL, or sizes 6 through 16. If the size or style is not right for you we provide size swaps, credit notes or refunds. You’ll find information on how to measure yourself on our journal, and we’re available to talk you through the process and answer any questions.
This new offering sits alongside our Made to Measure service. There we offer more styles from past collections and fabric options we’ve selected for each piece, and can work with you to customise certain elements.
We’re really looking forward to extending Made to Order to other perennial styles and silhouettes and continuing to number all garments to highlight their limited production.
