As an alternative to over-production these garments are offered on a pre-purchase model.
If, across all sizes, the minimum units of this garment are pre-purchased by the deadline, the style will be produced and will deliver in 3-6 weeks.
If this garment does not achieve the minimum pre-purchases this style will not be made and on the day after deadline date all pre-purchases will be 100% refunded.

Pre-purchase is at a 30% discount to retail. Traditional retail prices factor in discounts, wastage and excess stock.
By only creating the number of garments that are required we can offer pre-purchasers these garments for their true cost. All garments made in New Zealand following sustainable and responsible production and business practice.

Every piece made is numbered, and we make no more than 100 of any style.
If a garment is produced, we make a few extra pieces per size to allow for size swaps. Up to ten pieces are sold through the website for their retail value.

If the garment is not to your liking on delivery it can be returned for a size swap if available, a 100% store credit for future runs, or a full cash refund, less shipping if we are notified within 48 hours of your order being received. Please email us at shop@ingridstarnes.com.

The 30% discounted price of the garment is paid at time of pre- purchase, or you can choose to use Afterpay to spread payments over four weeks.
